Data Privacy Professionals devient centre de formation agréé de l’IAPP. L’IAPP est la plus grande communauté internationale de professionnels de la protection des données. Ses certifications sont aujourd’hui reconnues à l’échelle internationale.
La CNIL est une autorité administrative indépendante qui agit comme acteur dans la régulation des données personnelles. La CNIL a diverses missions telles que l’information et la protection des droits des particuliers et professionnels, l’anticipation et l’innovation mais également le contrôle et la mise en place de sanctions pour pallier le non-respect du RGPD. Sur ce dernier point, de grandes entreprises tels que Carrefour, Amazon, Google mais aussi des médecins libéraux et TPE n’ont pas été épargnés par son action.
